Stuffed Poblano Pepper

Preparation: Bake in oven for 13 minutes at 400ºF, or microwave on high for 2 minutes

MAIN COURSE

Compadre Stuffed Pepper

Serve them open with a side of rice and pico de gallo.

Puebla Pepper

Try the traditional light sour cream topping with a side of Mexican rice and refried beans.

Tex-Mex Pepper

Try them with a light cheddar cheese topping and a side of white rice and red beans

Pariente Stuffed Pepper

Try them covered in a dip of refried beans and cream, topped with pico de gallo, guacamole and Mexican style salad on the side.
